Currently, you can find her in a few episodes of HBOMax's Emmy Award winning HACKS as "Katie" Jean Smart's QVC co-host, as a smiling face in couple TOYOTA CROWN commercials or as the lead in the horror-comedy feature film, THE NIGHT WATCHMEN streaming on AMAZON (4.5/5 stars baby!)

Kara is a graduate of THE GROUNDLINGS and UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE and regularly performed at UCB (may God rest Sunset's sweet soul) with her improv team, SOME KINDA MONSTER.

 

Her credits include THE CONNERS, EMILY THE CRIMINAL, AMERICAN CRIME STORY, HEAD OF THE CLASS, CHAD, STRANGE ANGEL, THE BIG BANG THEORY, CRIMINAL MINDS among a handful of other ones available by digging deep into her IMDB profile. 

 

Kara has appeared in many commercials for brands such as MCDONALD'S, DOS EQUIS, CONVERSE, DISCOVER, JEEP, SPRINT, COX CABLE, GENERAL ELECTRIC, RAM, DISH NETWORK and NEATO ROBOTICS among others.

In the digital space, Kara has worked with FUNNYORDIE, DISNEY, REFINERY29, BRAT, FACEBOOK WATCH, Vin De Bona's WHAT THE FAMILY and AWESTRUCK as a "comedic personality" on over 20 episodes of the series MOM TESTED.

She was a lead understudy for Ruskin Group Theater Company's production of GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER, before a global pandemic took over.
